Power Kote 797 - Polymer Coating for Glove Manufacturing

POWER KOTE 797 provides newer process for glove surface treatment. A polymer coating by POWER KOTE 797 is applied to the interior surface of the glove, giving it a smooth finish for fast and easy donning.

POWER KOTE 797 is acrylic-styrene polymer emulsion, with very high molecular weight and milky emulsion appearance. Once properly cured under hot air oven, it is very tough and durable film formed between the wearer and glove surface, creating a glove that dons and doffs easily.

Common Applications :

The POWER KOTE 797 normally is used on medical gloves, disposable gloves, janitorial gloves, industrial gloves, and so on. It is suitable and effective to provide smooth and tacky free surface for both natural latex and synthetic latex gloves. POWER KOTE 797 is odor-neutral and promote consistent, even color. Whilst most colored natural latex or white nitrile gloves will change its initial colors when undergoing chlorination. POWER KOTE 797 gives a barrier between the glove material and the wearer, helping to limit the migration of latex protein. Done correctly, POWER KOTE 797 yields gloves that exceed FDA or even ASTM standards for hands.
